🥛 Soaked Nuts Morning Energy Drink
Ingredients
6–8 almonds (soaked overnight)
2–3 walnuts
1 tsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water for 10 mins)
1 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tsp honey or dates syrup

Method:
Add soaked mixture and milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add honey for sweetness.
Serve chilled or warm.

🍝 CHICKEN ALFREDO PASTA
Ingredients

For Chicken:
250–300g chicken breast (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tbsp crushed chilli
1 tbsp oregano
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Salt to taste

For Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter\Oil
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream / cooking cream
½ cup milk (depending on thickness)
½ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

For Pasta:
200g fettuccine or any pasta
Salt (for boiling)

Method
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until soft.
Drain .

2. Cook the Chicken
Heat oil/butter.
Add chicken.
Add marinated chicken
Cook until golden and tender.
Remove and keep aside.

3. Make Alfredo Sauce
In the same pan, add butter\Oil.
Add garlic and sauté lightly.
Pour cream + milk. Mix well.
Add parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
Add crushed chilli, oregano.
Cook until creamy and smooth.

4. Combine
Add cooked pasta + chicken into the sauce.
Mix well until silky and coated.

✨ Garnish with parsley.


🍪 BISCOFF DESSERT (No Bake | 10 Minutes).

Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese
1 sachet whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar or Caramel sauce (optional)
3–4 tbsp Biscoff spread
Biscoff biscuits (crushed)

Method
1. Make the Cream Layer
Whip the cream until soft peaks.
Add 2 tbsp melted Biscoff spread for flavor.
Add caramel sauce.
Add whipping cream.

2. Biscuit Layer
Biscoff biscuits.
Cream

3. Layer the Dessert
In a glass or bowl:
Add Biscoff biscuits.
Add a big spoon of cream.
Repeat layers 2–3 times.

4. Chill
keep in fridge for 1–2 hours for best taste.
