Golabki Ingredients:
Cabbage - 2-3 med/Lg size heads
Beef - Ground - 4 Lbs, (1.8 kg) 80-90% lean
Onion - 1 large
Rice - Instant - 4 cups, (760mL)
Garlic - 1 tsp -1 tbsp, (5-15 mL)
Parsley - 1/4 cup, (60 mL?)
Tomato Sauce - 2 jars, 45 Oz, (1260 gram jars)
Tomato Soup - 1-2, 23 Oz family size cans (644-1288 grams?)
Salt/Pepper to your liking
200 degrees F, (93 C) for 2.5 hours
