Why would we travel so far for a small job, well this client has properties mainly in Manchester our home town and as a preferred contractor we are often asked to travel out the area. This property has long suffered from internal damp/mould issues and the work we were asked to do were picked up on a recent survey and although they may not be the issue they could be contributing factors.
