this week for my 6 month transformation challenge I decided to tackle my kitchen. Due to my wrist surgery in the spring, the pantry had gotten out of hand and we unforunately had a ton of expired food that needed to be tossed out. we are normally much better about eating what we have but being disabled for 2 months really changed our lifestyle. while I had the motivation I went ahead and reorganized quite a few other areas in the kitchen and it was so needed! I hope this encourages you to tackle an area in your house that is overdue for a purge.
