God of War III Remastered - Hades boss fight (Titan difficulty)

Hades is the first proper boss of the game (Poseidon is a tutorial boss at his core) and therefore a fair challenge in his own right. Althought his attacks are highly telegraphed and having upgraded the Blades of Exile beforehand to gain the counter-attack ability makes the fight significantly easier, Hades' powers can still hurt a lot, especially on higher difficulties, and the boss behaves differently through the encounter, changing tactics and attack patterns often.
At the beginning of the fight, Hades will roam the arena. He will either attack Kratos with his chains (something you can counter to stagger Hades) or rise his leg and hit the ground hard (an attack that can't be blocked but evaded). Later in the fight Hades will increase the hits in his chains combo.
After losing enough health, Hades will position himself in the back middle of the arena. From there he can try to hit Kratos with his chains (a blockable attack), swing his chains either above or below Kratos (which you can dodge by rolling or jumping respectively) or try to grab Kratos and slam him on the ground if he gets too close. As he loses health, Hades in this phase will later increase the number of time he swings his chains and summon souls to attack Kratos: he will either summon three homing spirits (which you can block and send back to him) or two cerberi that will attack and then vanish. On the later stages of the fight, Hades will send his chains into the ground to make them erupt on Kratos several times in a row.
After dealing enough damage, Hades will be weakened and you'll be able to begin a QTE to rip a piece of his flesh away from him. The chunk of flesh will try to reach Hades while the boss summons his arms to make your life more difficult. Your objective here is to destroy Hades' flesh: be wary though, because it loves to change direction without a warning. Hades' hands can be killed to regain a little amount of health each.
After this third phase, the battle will begin again from the first phase and go on, althought Hades (as mentioned above) will be far more aggressive.
Once you ripped off enough flesh out of the boss, Kratos and Hades weapons will become entangled: in this phase your objective is to damage Hades as you try to evade his attacks by rolling at the right moment and remember to push Kratos back every now and then. After dishing out enough damage, you'll be able to begin yet another QTE and acquire the Claws of Hades.
The very last part of the boss fight involves Kratos hitting Hades while dodging his attacks: the boss will often use his fists to attack you, but those hits can be easily dodged by rolling. When Hades start charging a special attack and his mouth starts spawning souls, you must position yourself either on the left or the right of the arena and change side in order to avoid the stream of souls thrown at you. After some seconds Hades will turn himself towards you (when he does this, changing side will be unavailable for some time, but it's more than enough to wait for Hades' next souls attack). After dealing enough damage you'll be brought into a final QTE and then the boss battle will be finally over
