Today was something I had been avoiding for years… my first ever teeth cleaning 🦷
I usually go to the dentist only when there is pain, but this time it was different. I’ve never done professional cleaning before, and honestly, I was nervous. A habit I’ve had for a long time finally started affecting not just my teeth, but also my confidence.
So Ajay and I went to the dentist, and the procedure was actually much quicker than I expected. After that, we decided to lighten the mood and went to Zudio and then out to eat. But when I had something really hot, I felt that sudden sensitivity 😭
In this vlog, I’m just sharing my real experience — no filters, no pretending. Sometimes we ignore small health issues until they affect us mentally too.
