Ingredients for sugar syrup-
Sugar-1cup,
Water-1/2cup,
Cardamom powder-1/8tsp,
Lemon juice-3-4drops.

Jalebi batter ingredients-
All purpose flour(maida)-1cup,
Oil-2tsp,
Baking powder-1/2tsp,
Orange food colour-1pinch,
Curd-1/4cup,
Water for batter,
Oil for fry.
