🍚 Easy Rice Cooker Meal – 冬菜蒸豬肉
Ingredients:
1 cup rice
200g minced pork
1 tbsp 冬菜 (preserved veggie), rinsed and chopped
1 tsp soy sauce, dash of white pepper, drizzle of sesame oil
Steps:
1. Wash rice and start cooking in rice cooker.
2. Mix pork, 冬菜, soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil.
3. Place mixture in steam basket, set on top of rice.
4. Cook together—steam flavors rice naturally.
A simple, old-style meal that tastes like home. ❤️
