Here are the steps for the white sauce pasta recipe 🍽️:

Start by boiling the pasta in water with salt and a little oil 💧🧂
Cook until the pasta is tender, then drain and rinse it with cold water 🚿
Mix in a small amount of oil to prevent the pasta from sticking ✨

Next, chop the vegetables like broccoli, onion, garlic, and capsicum 🥦🧅🧄
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, and then add all the veggies 🍳
Sauté them on medium flame until lightly browned, then keep the sautéed veggies aside

For the white sauce, clean the pan and add butter 🧈
Add white flour and whisk well. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps 🥛
Add cheese and cook until the sauce thickens 🧀
Season with oregano and chilli flakes 🌿🌶️, then mix well.

Now add the sautéed veggies and boiled corn to the sauce, followed by the boiled pasta 🌽🍝
Mix everything properly. Add green and black olives according to your taste 🫒
Season with salt and black pepper, grate some cheese on top, and add more seasoning if needed ✨🧂
