Описание: Steps to create a multiple-choice test answer sheet on Word

Step 1: Click on Numbering option on Paragraph section, then choose the type of Numbering you want.
Step 2: Type these 4 strings respectively: 24d0, 24d1, 24d2, and 24d3. Then, select each string, and press Alt + X buttons, the strings will change to an answer sheet, which featured by the letters on circles.
Step 3: Press Enter to jump to the next line, copy the answer sheet, then paste it multiple times on the lines under, it will automatically jump to the next one.
