As per UTCA rules a Cricketer is allowed to register/represent UTCA as a local player for Chandigarh as based on the following criteria:

1. By Birth, or
2. ⁠By Education (Session 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), or
3. ⁠By Residence, (Voter, Passport & Aadhar Card -issued on or before 01/09/2021), or
4. ⁠By Employment (Job in
Chandigarh Jurisdiction from on or before 01/09/2021)

Registeration process:
