Knit Simple fair Isle Beanie (0-3 months)

Needles : 4.50mm circular needle (16 inches), 4.50mm DPNs (5 pcs)

Yarn : Lion Brand Vanna Choice 100% acrylic yarn / #4 medium weight yarn

Pattern

Cast on 44

Round 1-7 (ribbing): * k2, p2 * till end.

Round 8 : k1, m1, k 43 (45 sts)

Round 9 : k2 color A, k1 color B, * k4 color A, k1 color B *, repeat * until you have 2 sts left, k2.

Round 10-11 : k45

Round 12 : *k1 color B, k4 color A, repeat * until you have 4 sts left, k4.

Round 13-14 : k45

Round 15 : repeat round 9

Round 16-17 : k45

Round 18 : repeat round 12

Round 19-20 : k45

Round 21 : repeat round 9 . Cut Color B yarn

Round 22 : k45

Round 23 : k1, k2tog, k42 (44 sts)

Round 24 (change to DPNs) : * k9, k2tog *, repeat 4x. Change to DPNs for each * repeat. (40 sts)

Round 25 : k40

Round 26 : * k8, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (36 sts)

Round 27 : k36

Round 28 : * k7, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (32 sts)

Round 29 : * k6, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (28 sts)

Round 30 : * k5, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (24 sts)

Round 31 : * k4, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (20 sts)

Round 32 : * k3, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (16 sts)

Round 33 : * k2, k2tog *, repeat 4x. (12 sts)

Cut yarn and side all stitches to tapestry needle. Close the top, secure stitches and weave in end.
