In this video, I head down to Sathorn, one of the main business districts in Bangkok. This area is modern, clean, and has a lot of commercial office high rises as well as a lot of high rise condos. One of my friend lived at the Sathorn Prime Residences so I got a chance to take a condo tour of his studio condo. This is an older building, but it has been maintained very well and the project as a whole has a hotel next to it. The amenities were great and I was very surprised at how well the Sathorn Prime Residences was maintained. They're located inside a road so it is away from all the noise and was very quiet. I did some research and a unit like this could range from 14,000 - 20,000 baht or $380 - $540 per month.
