Pune Police Offer ₹10 Lakh Reward for Information on Bopdev Ghat Gang Rape Case
Pune police have announced a ₹10 lakh reward for information leading to the arrest of suspects involved in the October 3 gang rape at Bopdev Ghat.
The investigation is using advanced AI technology, analyzing data from 3,000 mobile phone users, CCTV footage, and interrogating over 200 suspects.
Joint Commissioner Ranjan Kumar Sharma assured informants’ confidentiality and confirmed that forensic evidence, including blood samples, has been collected to aid in identifying the culprits.
The police are conducting thorough searches across multiple districts.
