We are Jera line, a factory that produces cable infrastructure products.

Fiber access terminal FODB-8, gel sealed FTTH termination box designed to terminate main cable and distribute it to drop fiber optical patch cords.

The products key features:

1. Extended size, for convenient storage and splicing of feeding cable.
For instance max splicing capacity - 20 fibers or 40 in two layers.
2. Two splice trays, for two layers of connection.
3. Bottom tray - for cable’s splicing, up tray - for drop cable connection.
4. Top tray may accommodate up to 8+2 of regular SC adapters.
5. Upper tray may accommodate the Cassette splitter as well.
6. Watch the fiber optic cable preparation process of ADSS cable.
7. The given example of ADSS fiber cable configuration contains loose tube with gel protection, FRP rods, aramid yarns.
8. Measure the required length of fiber, take out the loose tube, and place it in the bottom compartment of the box.
9. Fasten the feeding fiber optic cable with the box by screws and nylon ties.
10. Attach the second feeding cable to the box as shown.
11. Manage the loose tubes on the bottom tray, prepare them for splicing.
12. Splice the fibers, and connect the PLC splitter, using standard heat shrink tubes.
13. Place the PLC splitter into the upper tray, without bending of fiber cores.
14. Connect the splitter’s heads to the SC sockets.
15. Insert the drop cable cords into the SC sockets.

16. No more traditional insulation required, just locate drop cables in the gel sealing rubber outlets, secure then by nylon ties.
17. Lock the empty outlets by plastic accessories.
18. Remove the adapter holder tray in case of PLC cassette splitter application, and follow to the installation steps.
19. Close the box by tightening the screws.
20. Mount the box with the convenient accessory depending on the setting area. Those maybe: walls, pole.
21. Attachment may be realized by screws, stainless steel bandings or perforated ties, cable slack storage bracket YK-SX.
22. Quick and simple installation of FTTH drop cables is guaranteed.
