You must have strong hands-on expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Service modules, plugin development, BPFs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and DevOps pipelines. Proficiency in C#, .NET, Dataverse, and Web APIs is essential, along with team leadership and problem management in Agile environments.

Preferred skills include JavaScript, Power Apps, CRM SDK, and industry knowledge in banking or telephony. A bachelor’s degree in CS or IT is required.
