The trailhead is located near the town of Big Water Utah, and is about a one-hour’s drive from Kanab (to the west) or Page (to the east). The road to the trailhead is unimproved so be prepared to drive on gravel roads for 2-3 miles.
This hike is through a wash that can be very slippery if wet. When it's dry and hot there is little reprieve from the sun
