With Valentine's Day right around the corner, this Molten Lava Cake for Two is a wonderful recipe to make for your special valentine! It's very rich and chocolatey and not too difficult to make. Serve it with a dusting of powdered sugar and your favorite ice cream, fruit, etc. Stick around until the end of the video, where I had Mr. Ron come in and taste it! Molten Lava Cake for Two:
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
2 1/2 tablespoons real butter
1 whole egg, room temperature
1 egg yolk, room temperature
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Note: You will also need some extra butter and sugar for the ramekins
