This video shows how to get to the 2012 Honda CRZ Hybrid IMA Battery Fan. A little choppy but now you know where it is and how to get at it. All the tools needed are listed at the end. Do Not forget to disconnect the 12 volt battery under the hood. Check the fuses as well. Fuse #52 was blown in my CRZ. The check engine light will go out after a day or two. All IMA warnings should disapear right away.
I am not seeing some comments, so here are some answers to questions you have asked.
Just disconnect the negative cables off of the 12 volt battery. That will do it.
I purchased the fan on line for about $150. Got it from Rockauto but found many others available.
You do not have to mess with any of the high voltage system!
