World’s Biggest Hybrid Dragon Egg… I Made It

Описание: In this video, I take on the challenge of creating what might be the world’s biggest hybrid dragon egg using woodturning and epoxy resin!
For the base, I used a stunning piece of burl wood, full of natural character and grain, paired with a deep green tinted epoxy to bring the dragon egg concept to life.
This project was also a full stress test for my brand new deep pour epoxy resin, now available on my website. I pushed it to the limit with a massive 9-litre single pour, reaching an overall depth of around 30cm (12 inches).
I’m happy to report the results were incredible — no exothermic cracking and no major reactions, even at that depth. Exactly the performance I was hoping for!
