The weather has finally cleared up, the wind has calmed down, and summertime fishing is in full swing! I headed out to one of my favorite Wade fishing spots in Galveston bay to try and catch some speckled trout! We found the fish and caught multiple limits of trout on soft plastics and top water lures! Then I took them home, and showed how to make a delicious and super simple fish sandwich recipe.
