Bought in November 2025.
Going slightly out on a limb here by buying an actual brand product from AliExpress. This could have the risk of being sold a counterfeit product, so great care was taken in finding a store that looks legitimate in many respects: positive reviews, a long time presence on the platform and a consistent product portfolio with believable pricing.
As this model is no longer widely available, the plunge was taken. It is no disappointment. This watch looks, feels and behaves as the genuine article – from the hang tags to the tin packaging, the hefty manual, the (stamped!) warranty and the functioning of the unit itself. There is no doubt this is real.
The watch itself is quite standard fare for the brand, with the special function of moon phase and tide graph. A very interesting model, almost G-Shock like chunky and lightweight.
Cost €38 after discounts, including EU sales tax.
