Описание: BLOCKBUSTER BOPIS RECIPE!!! MADALING LANG HANAPIN ANG MGA SANGKAP PERO MAGUGULAT KA SA SARAP!!!

INGREDIENTS
-2Kg chicken gizzard cleaned
-water enough to submerge the gizzard
-1Tbsp salt and ground black pepper
-dried basil leaves (NOTE!!! Keep some of the broth after boiling)
-oil for pan frying
-1Kg chicken liver marinated in 3Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp liquid seasoning and ground black pepper for about 10min. (NOTE!!! I didn't use all the sliced pan fried chicken liver near the end of the cooking process.. I only put about 60%) 😉😊
-2pcs medium size carrots diced
-1pc medium size white radish diced
-sliced small red and green and yellow bell peppers
-almost 1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-5pcs red tomatoes chopped
-mixture of 6Tbsp soy sauce and 1Tbsp liquid seasoning
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-gizzard broth enough to submerge the gizzard
-3/4cup or about 12Tbsp vinegar
-about 1Tbsp annatto powder for color (NOTE!!! adjust according to preference in color.. don't use too much so it won't be too orange 😉😊)
-chopped red and green chili peppers
