Описание: NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED - (Philips 1490) Issued in the United Kingdom in May 1966, this Marty Wilde recording appears to be the only officially released version of the Joey Brooks and Al Stillman composition, 'I've Got So Used To Loving You'. The other known version was recorded in Hollywood by Leola Jiles of the Apollas a few months later in January 1967. Leola became familiar with the tune by listening to a rough copy of an Aaron Schroeder Publishing acetate demo disc. Probably the finest thing she ever recorded, it remained in the can until it was included in a 2012 CD compilation of the Apollas and Leola Jiles recordings. Marty Wilde, an impressive musical talent who had been composing, making records and performing since 1957 cranked out a wonderful performance of the dramatic ballad. Recorded in April 1966 at Philips Recording Studio in London, Marty's lead vocal was fortified by the backing vocals of the Breakaways and surrounded within a powerful arrangement by Reg Guest who was also uncredited as the producer. A quality piece of recorded music that really should have seen some chart action. Marty and company really were robbed on this one. It deserved a much better fate.
