TCL LINKPORT IK511 INSTALL AND INFORMATION (T-Mobile Internet Dongle)

Описание: This device works with T-Mobile Phone or Data Only Plans. Using Sim cards for both plans, we have tried Phone Tethering and the IK511. Both devices were connected to a HP Windows 11 Laptop. Keeping the phone charged, having two phones, and the desire to simplify things led us to purchase the IK511. It worked as a plug and play device and has a USB-C port. We noticed improved upload and download speeds, faster response(better ping), and equal or better reception with the IK511. During the day, it connects via 4G most of the time. At night we often get 5G.(and we are a long way from any major city). From what we can find out, it looks like the IK511 is carrier locked to T-Mobile. If your are considering getting one, shop around. We found new ones going for $70-$110. Note that once the nano sim card is installed, it is tough to get out.
