Possible causes

Faulty Air fuel ratio (A/F) Sensor 1 Bank 1

Air fuel ratio (A/F) Sensor 1 Bank 1 harness is open or shorted

Air fuel ratio (A/F) Sensor 1 Bank 1 circuit poor electrical connection

Fuel pressure

Faulty Fuel injector

Faulty Air Flow Meter

This shouldn't cause much of a symptom, but possibly a rough idle. most of the time it's just a bad oxygen sensor, or air fuel sensor as they call it haha but in this video I show how to check it if the sensor looks good.
