Making Korean Air-Fried Chicken

Korean air fried chicken wings recipe:

This was a portion of 1-2 so the recipe and cook time will need to be adjusted to feed more.

10-12 wings seasoned in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, then coated in corn starch
Pop it in the air fryer for 20 mins at 350F

The sauce:
3 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp gochugaru
1/2 cup water

Coat some garlic and rice cakes in olive oil
Add the garlic and rice cakes to the wings and cook for another 10 mins at 400F
Add the sauce to the wings, top it off with sesame seeds and chives (or green onion)
