Safaris Annual Fun Hunting Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
• Open to all participants worldwide, aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of CMS Safaris, affiliated partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Competition Structure
• The competition consists of two parts:
o Buffalo Challenge: Estimate the age of 33 buffalo bulls and submit your combined score via [email protected].
o Elephant Challenge: Estimate the combined weight of the largest tusk from each of 15 elephants and submit your entry via [email protected].
3. Hints Provided
• Buffalo: CMS focuses on old dugga bulls that have been pushed out of herds.
• Elephant: Zambezi Valley bulls have longer but lighter ivory; northwestern bulls have shorter, heavier tusks.
4. Prizes
• Each challenge has its own prize set, including signed artwork, limited edition books, custom knives, CMS gear, leather belts, and CMS DVDs.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection
• Winners will be determined by the closest correct combined answers for each challenge.
• If multiple participants submit the exact correct answer, the winner will be the first correct submission received.
• If no exact correct answer is submitted, the closest entry will be declared the winner.
6. Submission Rules
• Entries must be submitted through the official channels: www.cmsafaris.com or via [email protected].
• Only one entry per person per challenge is allowed.
• Late, incomplete, or illegible entries will not be considered.
• The first 1000 valid email submissions received will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
7. Draw Location & Date
• The official prize draw will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Winners will be announced on the CMS Safaris YouTube channel and contacted directly via the details provided in their entry.
8. General Conditions
• CMS Safaris reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process.
• By entering, participants agree to allow CMS Safaris to announce their name publicly if they win.
• CMS Safaris reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering the competition, you give CMS Safaris the right to email you our newsletters.
