Save Time with this DIY Spoon/Bowl and Curved Surface Sander

Описание: Save your fingers, and A LOT of time by making this DIY spoon/bowl/curved surface tool (cutting board handles, furniture, etc). This tutorial will illustrate all the steps to create the spindle. Although I use a drill press, you could also complete this tutorial using an electric hand drill/driver or 1/4" flex shaft rotary tool.

The velcro hook and sandpaper loop portions can be cut by hand with a sharp utility knife/Xacto knife, but I have access to a laser so I used that. It takes around 40 seconds to cut one template with the laser. The templates are available in my Etsy shop (linked below). I also included the links to the hook discs, loop sandpaper, and laser.

Note: In the tutorial I started with a 1.75" (44.5mm) diameter cylinder, but after sanding it ends up being approximately 1.625" (41.5mm).
