Simon Phillips is one of the greatest British drummers on the planet having played with countless artists like Jeff Beck, Michael Schenker, Mike Oldfield, Judas Priest, Mike Rutherford, Tears for Fears, 10cc, Pete Townshend and The Who. He also played with Toto for 18 years after Jeff Porcaro passed away. I first saw him with Jeff Beck and was blown away by his playing. He is also an excellent producer and composer. His band Protocol V played in Largo the other night and were fantastic! All world class jazz fusion players with amazing credentials. Don't miss this show if they come to your city!
