Today, I'm out flying my RCPowers X-31 Easybuild. I'm testing the maneuverability of the X-31. This plane is surprisingly stable in the air at speed. I built this from 1/2" foam insulation. The leading and trailing edges of all flying surfaces are shaped to assist with lift. The take-off weight is 15-16oz, depending on which 3s lipo I grab. Control is accomplished with a simple 2 servo elevon mix.
For all you non-Star Trek fans, a 'Yeager Loop' is actually an Immelmann.
