HOW TO BUILD A COLD PLUNGE TANK AT HOME || Chest Freezer Ice Bath, Magnesium Salt ❄️💙🥶

Naturally as humans we desire comfort.
Being exposed to the cold is well out of most of our comfort zones. I started off my cold exposure journey years ago after watching many intriguing interviews with Wim Hof “The Iceman”.

We have our Magnesium Spa Bath set up right next to the Cold Plunge Tank so I can jump between the two easily.
Alternating between hot & cold water also has many benefits.

I prefer to cold plunge then warm up in the Sun on my balcony!


My Cold Exposure Journey;

✦ I first began just turning the shower to cold at the end for as long as I could handle. Normally 30 seconds.

✦ I then progressed to having longer cold showers.

✦ I booked in & went to Cryotherapy weekly for months before my pregnancy.

✦ I then went to P3 Sports & Recovery Ice Baths on the Gold Coast in Burleigh Heads.

✦ Now with my Cold Plunge Chest Freezer Tank I plan to plunge daily for at least 2 minutes the temperature will sit around 10-15 degrees.

For me I experience a massive increase in energy, mood & my productivity for the day!

I will keep you updated if we end up adding an ozone pump to the tank but currently I’m trialling it just with the filtered water & Magnesium Epsom salts. We will be having it set on a timer a few hours during the day as we have solar power.
