The Mill Fire destroyed dozens of homes this afternoon and into the evening. The Lincoln Heights area of Weed was completely destroyed, with dozens of people unaccounted for. Multiple air tankers were dropping fire retardant near Ordway road near Lake Shastina, with active flames threatening to jump the road.
