7-day vow of silence... this is what happened...

So... i went 7-days without whispering a single word, or even making a single noise - no singing in the shower, no talking to myself in the mirror.. just silence and listening.
How did that go?... It was bloody awesome.. the benefits were massive - heightened senses, very present, actively listening and really able to connect and understand others. I didn't actually miss talking - and i absolutely loved listening to people talk.
I'll be doing it again soon. Next time i'll plan it properly and set clear rules, i may even go for a prolonged period of several months. We'll see.
Sorry about the shaky camera... it was a very cold morning!
