how to test your Jeep wrangler PCM ECM if you have a no power or communication issue. While doing my ls swap in my 2003 Jeep TJ i needed to gut some of the factory wiring harness. In doing this I managed to kill the power to pin 2 of the black plug with is a ignition on power source for the PCM.
obd port PINs 4 and 5 for Ground Resistance
Black Plug on Pcm Pin 2 ignition power, Pin 22 fused 12v power
Pin 32 Black Plug is ground
Pin 17 black plug for 5v power
