As Scotland aims to become a global leader in sustainable and regenerative agriculture, it was announced that a National Test Programme would be developed to support sustainable food production. As a result, Preparing for Sustainable Farming (PSF), the first part of this Programme, was launched in Spring 2022. This initiative provides funding to support businesses understand carbon emissions and provides incentives to improve the carbon footprint at business level.
