In this video, you can get a view of the fully enclosed indoor skate bowl, located in the menswear section on the second floor in Selfridges London.
Whether you're a seasoned skater or just curious about this jaw-dropping fusion of retail and skate culture, this is a must-see.
The permanent, fully enclosed skate bowl at Selfridges was built and installed in 2018. It was designed by Brinkworth and The Mighty-Mighty, and features a distinctive 360-degree timber exoskeleton, with a polycarbonate section at the top for added skating area.
It's free to skate and I recommend coming during the day when it's a bit quieter.
