In this episode I cook up some simple fishcakes on the Trangia stove, it's an easy and straight forward recipe and the end result was good - perfect for the warmer months when it's difficult to store fresh food.

A bit of fried onion in the mix and some fresh parsley or foraged wood sorrel would go well.
