Beirut explosion: City facing food and water shortages after deadly blast

One of two Canadians killed in the deadly Beirut explosion has been identified as three-year-old Alexandra Naggear. She died in hospital from a head injury suffered from the explosion. Her grandfather said his granddaughter, her mother and father were in a home that faces the port when the blast occurred. He said the family was to move to Montreal, Que. at the end of September.
The deadly blast that levelled buildings in Beirut also devastated supply chains that are critical to providing food and water to not just the capital, but all of Lebanon.
As Crystal Goomansingh reports, those basic necessities are running out.
