Rounded Shoulder

Описание: Ever see someone with rounded shoulders? Rounded shoulders happen when then the ribcage gets stuck in the “crunched position”. The crunched position can reduce shoulder mobility.

If you want to change the rounded shoulders and improve mobility you need to reduce the crunch.
Getting muscles on the front of the body to relax reduces the crunched position.Prone breathing is my favorite way to do this.
