These triple chocolate chip cookies are made with dark, milk, and white chocolate for deep flavor and bakery-style texture.
RECIPE — Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies
(small cookies, 60–70 g each)
Ingredients
305–310 g (about 2½ cups + 1–2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
200 g (14 tbsp / about ¾ cup + 2 tbsp) unsalted butter, soft
160 g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) white granulated sugar
3 g (½ tsp) fine salt
2 g (about ½ tsp, slightly scant) baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk (≈ 80–85 g)
200 g / 7 oz chocolate total:
100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate 70%
60 g (2.1 oz) chocolate 54%
40 g (1.4 oz) white chocolate
Method
Cream butter and sugar until smooth and cohesive.
Add egg, yolk, and vanilla; mix just until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in chocolate.
Chill dough 30–60 minutes.
Portion into 60–70 g (about 2½ oz) balls.
Optional: press a few chocolate pieces on top before baking.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F (static) or 180°C / 355°F (fan) for 8–9 minutes.
Rest on the tray 2 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
