Koblenz is located in the north of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and is easily accessible by train. There are direct and frequent trips from Cologne (1.10 hours, 100km), Bonn (40 min, 60km) Mainz (1 hour, 100km), and Frankfurt (1.30 hours, 130km).
