The 9th and last Presidential Imbizo takes place today at Tsomo Town under the Intsika Yethu Local Municipality in the Chris Hani District of the Eastern Cape. The imbizos have taken place in some of the most remote of areas in the country over the last 16 months, following President Cyril Ramaphosa's commitment during his February 2022 State of the Nation Address to canvas local authorities to accelerate service delivery.
