We lost cell service miles before the river crossing, and honestly? We didn't even need to go to the other side—but you can't bring the Tundra out here and not put the tires in the water.
Join us for a quick winter getaway to Snively Hot Springs on the Idaho/Oregon border. This trip was all about testing the gear, enjoying the silence of the red rock canyons, and finding some peace away from the noise of town. From a cold river crossing to cast iron sausages over a ferro-rod fire, this is the high desert at its best.
This is a "Sustainer" episode as we prep for the big return to our Alaska property. Stay tuned for the cabin build updates coming soon!
