In this demonstration, we'll explain how to use NetSuite SuiteCommerce MyAccount from a customer's perspective. We'll start by looking into an existing sales order and explain how to track individual orders as well as initiate and track a return request. We'll then explain how to manage outstanding balances, deposits or credits, and we'll view invoice details and make payments—all within SuiteCommerce MyAccount.
