•TONGUE SCRAPING: literally life changing-ly good. IYKYK, there’s a reason we all won’t STFU about them okay lol. Say goodbye to bad breath and hello to the best dental hygiene of your life!
•HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST BEFORE CAFFEINE: If you’re a woman and you’re fasting in the morning / drinking caffeine on an empty stomach.. please stop 🙈. It’s wrecking havoc on your hormones, energy, skin, nervous system, the list goes on. Game. Changer.
•LOW IMPACT WORKOUTS: you do NOT need to do crazy HIIT, boot camps, running, etc to get in shape, lose weight or get results from workouts. Building up a low impact movement routine especially using weights is so insanely effective and so much better for you than high intensity when building a sustainable routine you can maintain long term.
•HOT YOGA/SAUNAS: Most of us are desperately needing to support our detox pathways in the body and one of my fav ways to do this is sweating. There’s nothing that makes me feel as good as hot yoga. I can truly feel the difference, plus it’s been incredible for my skin health.
