Only four characters can "legitimately" OHKO Fomortiis, those are Myrrh, Tana, Vanessa and Cormag! But thanks to the Stone glitch that allows the use of Dark Magic, three characters can OHKO Fomortis, the two others are Moulder and Arthur!
Now the formula goes like this:
Damage formula = Strength + [(Weapon Might + Weapon Triangle Bonus) x Effective coefficient] + Support Bonus + Weapon Bonus
Damage formula = Natasha/Max MAG + [(Gleipnir + No Weapon Triangle Bonus) x Bishop's passive skill/Slayer] + A & B Support Bonus + No Weapon Bonus
Damage formula = 25 + [(23 + 0) x 3] + 2
Damage formula = 25 + [23 x 3] + 2
Damage formula = 25 + 69 + 2
Damage formula = 96
Damage formula = 96 - 40 (Fomortiis' RES)
Damage formula = 56
Damage formula = 56 x 3 (Critical Hit)
Damage formula = 168
