In this video, I describe how I make the roll hoops for the cages in the GT40 replicas I make. I also take a tour round the JD squared Model 3 bender I use, which is similar to other manual benders on the market.
I describe some of the problems I've encountered, and how I've solved them, or intend to solve them in the future.
I also describe how I figure out where bends should start to make sure you get the correct end result.
