In the line of Indo-Afghan development partnership, New Delhi and Kabul recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to build a dam in Kabul province to meet the drinking water and irrigation needs of people of the region. The event held just three days after Kabul received India-manufactured Covid vaccines further emphasized at Indo-Afghan ties that are marked by years of assistance, cooperation and joint endeavours towards attaining all round peace.(NK)
