Every excuse you have — the Companions رضي الله عنهم had it WORSE and did MORE.

The Prophet ﷺ prayed until his feet swelled — out of gratitude to Allah. Aisha رضي الله عنها asked him why. He said: "Should I not be a grateful servant?" (Sahih Bukhari 4836, Sahih Muslim 2819)

He ﷺ was at his MOST generous in Ramadan when Jibreel would come to review the Quran with him. (Sahih Bukhari 6)

The Companions fasted and fought at Badr. Fasted and conquered Makkah. Fasted and changed the world.

Your excuses don't survive contact with their stories.
